The first floor of the entrance warehouse unfolds as a spectacular gallery level that spans the entire space, creating a unique spatial dynamism. Generous open spaces, sightlines and the open structure lend the space a particular sense of lightness and transparency.

The striking open staircase connects the levels and becomes the architectural focal point – accompanied by an iconic window offering views over Berlin, which also serves as the design inspiration for the Postbahnhof. This creates impressive visual connections and a sense of space that goes far beyond traditional office layouts.

Covering a total area of approximately 3,399 m² – of which around 3,070 m² is office space – the unit offers a wide range of potential uses. The proposed layout provides for approximately 120 workstations on the first floor, as well as a further 20 workstations and additional flexible workspaces on the mezzanine level. The space is complemented by a 129 m² terrace, a patio and generous outdoor areas that extend the workspace into the open air.

The combination of historic fabric and modern interventions creates a working environment that unites openness and seclusion, communication and concentration – a place where space gives rise to new perspectives and history becomes the future.
