The Office
Is going green
The office buildings of tomorrow are green oases and contribute to making cities more climate-friendly through innovative sustainability concepts. Our focus: preserving the old and transferring it into a beautiful future in a resource-saving way.
Sustainable
Eco-friendly, gentle, high-quality
Our commitment to sustainability must not be mere lip service. Every action taken today, every material used today, every decision made today must have a positive impact on our future lives and our environment – including in the workplace. The property sector can make a significant contribution here by taking into account the preservation of the environment and the needs of people.
We therefore view the integration of ESG criteria and the mandatory implementation of theTaxonomy Regulation as an opportunity to tackle the major challenges posed by climate change. We work to sustainable standards to create a modern, low-carbon and durable building. The concepts for energy and water supply, as well as the selection of building materials, follow ecological criteria. The same applies to the high-quality interior finishes and the attractive design of the outdoor areas. Sustainability at every level also means sustainable beauty.
An important approach to greater sustainability also lies in the revitalisation, modernisation and energy-efficient refurbishment of this valuable existing property, transforming it into a contemporary and timelessly beautiful office complex. We aim to bring the building’s structural integrity and historical significance into the modern era, bridging the gap between generations and shaping the future on the strong foundations of the past. At the same time, we are making the most of valuable resources by working with the existing materials and building upon the existing building structures.
Sustainable and climate-friendly management must be measurable and comparable. That is why NEW WORK STATION is also seeking certification under the BREEAM In-Use Standard, the internationally recognised certification scheme for sustainable property management.
